The HELPFUL PEOPLE & TRAVEL area is located Northwest corner of your home and/or business. In the individual rooms it is located in the front right section of the Bagua. This area represents the energy that brings helpful people to us or guides us to the helpful people on a daily basis. In addition, this area represents helpful beings, such as God, angels, spirit guides, and spirit animals. It also is the area for travel. Use affirmations that coincide with your desires. Throughout this area put statues, figurines, and/or pictures of religious nature. Examples, a cross, Jesus, angels,or other things associated with your spiritual/religious beliefs. These will bring helpful beings to assist you. Honor your mentors by placing mementos of them in this area. (Business cards, books, their pictures, etc.) Hang windchimes in the Northwest corner of your Career area or office. The governs the quality of patron luck. NEVER sit with the door to you back. If that is not possible then place a LARGE mirror above your desk, reflecting the entrance door. This prevents you from 'being stabbed in the back'. Place a ceramic tiger or other fierce cat (Panther, Leopard or Lion) outside your office door. Do not place it inside your office unless you are astrologically born in the year of the Tiger. This is symbol of protection prevents unhelpful people from coming into your career matters. Hang a brightly colored flag, windsock or banner in your front yard. Place a birdbath or feeder in the yard to attract wild life, which will increase the amount of energy around your home. Write down what you would most like to do if making money did not matter. Place it in several locations so you see it often and ask for Divine assistance in creating it. Remember to be grateful. Make sure your address is clearly visible from the street during the day and lit at night if possible. Clear out any clutter or plant debris that may be in your yard. Clutter blocks the flow of energy and limits the opportunities. Put a colorful and inviting welcome mat at the front door. Place a water fountain or water bubbler or fountain close to the front door, our money will flow in like water. Spring house clean, even if it's winter. No time like the present, and clutter limits our choices. Place a heavy object at the base of the stair to slow down the waterfall of energy flowing down the stairs, like a large plant or statue. Make sure all doors open fully, if not it could limit your opportunities. When placing furniture in a room, remember, less is always best. Too much furniture makes us feel cramped and restricts the flow of energy. Try and keep the bare walls in your home to a minimum. Otherwise you may feel as you have very few or no choices. Make sure all clocks are in working order, if not fix them or give them away, it could feel like there is never enough time or like time is standing still. Make sure there is lots of color where ever you are working, colors stimulate and rejuvenate your mental abilities. If possible, place your desk with the best overall view of the room and the door. If you can place your desk in the far left corner, the wealth area, all the better for you. Use a blue or black rug at your front door to symbolically allow the opportunities to flow in like water. Place brochures around this area where you would like to travel. Find information and photos about your destination. Frame them; put the on posterboard; hang them up; put them on a table or desk so that you can see them frequently. Visualize yourself already there and use affirmations to confirm. Map out an iterinary for your trip and place it in plain view. Make sure you look at it often. Pictures of planes, trains, cars, etc will enhance your travel corner. Pictures or statues of eagles (not in attack mode) will enhance you soaring to new places. The trigram Chien or Qian is most powerful because it symbolizes 'Heaven'. To achieve this, in your office hang three pictures in the same manner as the Chien.
